Of the newbies I see a couple of things happen they either wallow in overwhelm or move into dramatic action. Overwhelm sets in for a number of reasons – the need for perfection, analysis paralysis, or the sheer volume of opportunities online.

The biz op seekers I see follow the same route for pretty much the same reasons. The only difference here is that the camp is again split but this time into those who take business set up seriously and those who do not. Funnily enough those willing to go through the processes and do things properly tend to create bigger and better success.

The get rich quickers I haven’t really seen succeed because life everything sustainable success comes from an investment of time and energy. There is not some elusive money pot online that throws millions your way because you throw up one dodgy site.

Find a niche and fill it. For example at internet marketing events and on forums there are a couple of things everyone needs – articles, accountants and legal advice. If you have expertise in any of these areas and an understanding of the field you could have a quick, large and dedicated client base.
